Parker Inspirations

I was reminded this week that we do not often say and do what we should. Words spoken and unspoken have their own message.

A very famous Preacher would always say, “Be nice to everyone, everyone is have a tough time.” We do not know everything that is going on in someones life. One kind word can make someones day better than it was.

I have often thought about what I would like to say, but did not say it. Today I am going to say all the things I should have said a long time ago.

First let me start with my oldest Brother William. He is an inspiration to me to strive to be a better person. Don’t let circumstances keep you down. Work hard and love greatly. I am very grateful he is my Big Brother.

Then there is my brother Mark. He is a protector, provider, a hard worker and he also loves greatly. He has always been there for me in my time of need. I can talk to him about how Great God is. He prays for me and with me. I am very grateful he is my brother.

My Sister Ellen is one of my Best Friends. She is always there to talk to me. She prays for me and with me. Because of Ellen I have a stronger Faith in God. I have watched her and seen how no matter what comes you just keep trusting God. I am very grateful she is my Sissy.

My third brother Otis, he always let me tag along. He loves life and family. He would do anything to help others. He taught me how to shoot a gun, catch a fly ball without a glove, roller skate, and just enjoy life. He was my protector and my friend. I am very grateful he is my brother.

Last, but not lest is my little brother Ronald. Being the last two was not as easy as some of our siblings thought. We shared with each other some of the things we went through at home. He had my back when things were rough. He was adventures and daring. He also taught me how to roller skate. The skating rink was in a tent. Every time the rink came he would work as a floor bouncer. I got to go with him and skate for free. He taught me how to dance on skates. Trust me that is tricky. I would not try that today. I am grateful he is my brother.

God blessed me with 4 brothers and 1 sister. I am glad we have each other. No matter what.
